Nothing is free

Every rank claim, outbid, featured slot, and for-sale listing costs real money. That keeps the board competitive and low-spam.

Claiming a rank

• Creating a listing places its first bid (minimum $1).
• Order is by current bid, highest first.
• Outbid by at least $1 more than the current amount (flat $1 increment) — submitting a listing with a higher bid puts it above the old one immediately.
• A rank never expires — it holds until someone else bids higher.

Featured slots

• Up to 5 featured slots, sold separately from the leaderboard.
• Flat fee for 7 days of homepage placement, first-come first-served.

Startup acquisitions

• Optional one-time fee when you create a listing (or later via your manage link).
• For-sale status is independent of your rank — it stays until you mark the listing sold or hide it via the manage link emailed after payment.
• Revenue and profit figures are self-reported and not verified by DealWar.lol.
• Buyers message you directly, and read our seller & buyer guide before making or accepting an offer. DealWar.lol does not broker or escrow deals.

Payments

• Processed by Polar. Email is collected at checkout.
• No refunds on completed rank claims, sale listings, or featured slots (see Terms).

Not allowed

• Crypto, pure domain flips, agencies, or non-app/SaaS noise.
• Malware, scams, illegal products, or fake financial claims.
• Bot traffic, scripted clicks, or automated "offer" submissions meant to inflate a listing's click or inquiry count.

Spam protection

Offer messages and click counts are rate-limited and screened for automated submissions. Messages that fail these checks are not saved and do not count toward a listing's inquiry total, so the numbers shown on the board reflect real interest.
