1. Service
DealWar.lol is a paid leaderboard, featured placement board, and startup acquisitions board for mobile apps and SaaS products. By using the site, you agree to these terms and the Rules.
2. Payments & no refunds
All paid actions — claiming or outbidding a rank, listing for sale, buying a featured slot — are processed by Polar as merchant of record. All payments are final and non-refundable, including after being outbid or for unused featured time, except where mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise. Chargebacks for completed placements may result in permanent removal of your listings.
3. Rankings & listings
Rank is determined solely by confirmed bid amount and never expires — it holds until another listing bids higher. You are responsible for accuracy of titles, URLs, logos, and any self-reported revenue or profit figures. We may hide or remove listings that violate the Rules or these terms without refund.
4. Manage link
After you create a listing, we email a private manage link to the address you provide at Polar checkout. That link is the only way to edit details, update sale info, mark sold, or hide the listing. Anyone with the link can change the listing — keep it private. Lost links can only be recovered by emailing support@dealwar.lol with proof of payment.
5. Acquisitions — no brokerage
DealWar.lol does not broker, escrow, verify, or guarantee any acquisition deal. Messaging between buyers and sellers is a convenience only. Any transaction is solely between those parties — do your own due diligence, and see our seller & buyer guide for a starting checklist.
6. Acceptable use
Apps and SaaS only. No malware, illegal products, fraud, spam, or misleading claims. We may refuse service or remove content at our discretion.
7. Liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, DealWar.lol and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, expired claims, outbids, or acquisition outcomes. Aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material payment-related changes will be noted by updating the date above.
